Assistant
Manager:
Experienced
professional with prior retail or sales track record for hands on
position. Ability to handle merchandise receiving, unwrapping and visual
display, along with managing shipping/deliveries from start to finish.
Opening/Closing Duties. Hands on worker with ability to assist in leading
a small team towards big results. Energetic and dedicated
for demanding position
with career track opportunity at Sarasota distribution center.
Candidates must exhibit ability to provide excellent customer service and
demonstrate success in creating sales results. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Key
position with opportunity to earn top compensation, including sales bonus
and benefits.
Primary
responsibilities:
* Inside
sales and customer service for both public and wholesale customers
* Point of sale computer invoicing, shipping & deliveries
* Assist Management with all other duties as required
Requirements: Appreciate and thrive in fast-paced
environment. Ability to do repetitive heavy lifting. Experience with sales and
customer service, attention to detail,
experience driving delivery
trucks/vans/forklifts preferred. Clean Drivers License; CDL a plus.
Shipping/receiving
experience desirable, but willing to train the right candidates. Drivers license

Administrative
Assistant/E-Commerce:

outlet and distribution center. Will also assist with maintaining
web sites, online stores, auction sites and e-commerce sales channels.
Candidates must exhibit a strong understanding of general administration,
as well as internet, online commerce and computer skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

Display Assistant:

responsibilities: Hard & fast worker. Hands on position unwrapping and
pricing small and large items, creating signage, and designing and maintaining
compelling vignettes that allow customers to envision their

homes embellished
with our art and decor.
Requirements:
Visual display experience. Appreciate and thrive in fast-paced,
multi-dimensional environment. Ability to do medium to heavy weight lifting.

Sales/CSR:
We're
looking for a Sales/CSR candidate who loves helping customers find what
they want, is sincere, and is a great "closer". The Decor
Direct line of home decor is easy as pie to sell,
and as a Decor Direct CSR, you'd be around fun products and
customers.
Primary
responsibilities: Inside
sales and customer service for both public and wholesale customers
Requirements:
Desire
to excel. Great listener. Interior design, art, or interest in
home arts preferred. Sales experience a plus. Prefer candidates with
Point of Sale and basic computer skills, but willing to train exceptional
individuals.
